The Street names were developed from the history of the area.
Pipi Dune – the shells that are found in dune formation through parts of the subdivision
Captain Wood Ave – the last Captain of the Buffalo on its demise.
Dotterel Place – the birds that reside in the area they have a sanctuary on a reserve beachside
Clipper Place – named after the type of ships that came into the area in early settlement days. |
